"I am always skeptical walking into a Mexican restaurant in Washington. I am originally from Southern California and have traveled in both Mexico and Central America. There are honestly only a few restaurants in the state that I have found to be reasonably authentic. El Huarache is one of them. Their offering of traditional Mexican seafood dishes and soups and their ability to properly prepare fresh ingredients has yet to fail my taste buds.
